Brenton Washausen is an avid outdoorsman with extensive knowledge regarding rural properties from Oklahoma to Kansas.
Born and raised in Claremore, OK, Brenton spent his early years hunting with his father. He went on to play baseball at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Brenton took his knowledge of business and combined it with his passion for the outdoors as a Co-Owner of Salt Plains Outfitters, a highly successful guided waterfowl hunting business located in Northern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. The ability to be outdoors enjoying God's creation is something he will always cherish.

Growing up in the outskirts of Oklahoma City in the once rural town of Choctaw, Mark spent every chance he got enjoying the outdoors in some way. Whether it was planting food plots in his mother’s backyard using a rake and the garden hose, to jumping in his dad’s truck every chance he got to go hunt the Sandhills of NW Oklahoma and Kansas. Land and wildlife habitat management were instilled in Mark at a very young age and has had the same dream since he was 8 years old, owning land.
After high school, Mark attended Cowley County Community College on a baseball scholarship, with plans to study wildlife biology. Plans changed after being drafted in the 2013 MLB draft and after a short 2-year stint in pro ball, Mark found work as a Landman in the oil & gas industry. Mostly involved in property purchases and negotiating easements Mark gained a lot of knowledge over the last 4 years that goes hand in hand with real estate. Mark also has a love for outdoor photography and videography.
This passion started at a young age and has led to him working as a content creator and marketer for some of the outdoor industry’s most popular brands and outfits. While capturing the moments through his viewfinder, Mark has also taken time to shadow and learn the ins and outs of habitat development and wildlife management. Which is something he plans to incorporate into his business.
With a little over two years in the business and over 8 million in closed transactions, Mark’s competitive mindset and inability to give up is something he takes pride in. He will go above and beyond for his clients and understands that he is in the driver’s seat to help them capitalize on their Real Estate investment.

Seth Fritts' love of the outdoors started as a young child in Eastern Oklahoma and has only grown stronger since then.
Some of his best memories involve hunting and fishing on the family farm and later all over the state. Those early memories guided Seth to choose a career in the outdoor industry. The new memories he has made fuel his passion for sharing his skills, knowledge, and experience. Seth has done it all; farming, fishing, hunting, land management, waterfowl guiding, and conservation.
He attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where he wrestled and earned a degree in criminal justice. Seth has worked in the outdoor industry for five years. He gained hands-on knowledge in land management and waterfowl hunting land development at Habitat Solutions and continued growing at Salt Plains Outfitters.
When starting in the outdoor industry, Seth quickly realized that he was passionate about not only helping others experience the outdoors but also in managing and developing the land. That's when he decided to pursue real estate.
Seth is dedicated to giving his clients the most thorough service possible. In addition to buying and selling, he will help them see what a property can become when developed and managed to fit their specific needs. Seth looks forward to helping clients make their dream of Oklahoma land ownership a reality.

From being introduced to the outdoors at an early age up until today, the passion for wildlife and conservation instilled in Conner Fielders while growing up in the farmland of Oklahoma and Kansas has only grown.
After spending some time deciding what he wanted to pursue as a career, Conner felt as if nothing would allow him to spend the time in the outdoors that he truly desired.
After connecting with Brenton and the rest of the team at Salt Plains Outfitters, a well-known waterfowl business in southern Kansas, Conner was welcomed into the family and shown how he could take everything he was passionate about and make it a career. Salt Plains Properties has allowed him to take all the knowledge he has gained through his life regarding farm and recreational land and introduce people to the endless amenities of being a landowner.
Whether buying or selling recreational or farmland, Conner will strive to provide an incomparable experience while showcasing some of the most admirable properties in Oklahoma and Kansas.

For Cameron, the love of hunting and fishing was instilled at an early age growing up in Southern Louisiana. Learning from his father who shared these outdoor pursuits, they became ingrained as more than just hobbies - they represented a way of life. As he came of age, Cameron found himself drawn to the open lands and wildlife of the Midwest. Spending time bowhunting whitetails and pursuing waterfowl on his family's Kansas farmland solidified his deep respect for the animals and the habitats they call home.
After high school, Cameron began his professional career in the oil and gas industry as an operator for Marathon Petroleum. While the job provided financial stability, he felt something was still missing - the ability to fully embrace his passion for an outdoor lifestyle. Cameron's dream was to parlay his talents into a career working in the hunting and land management realm.
Fate intervened when Cameron met Brenton and Mark, who showed him a path to realizing that dream by joining their team at Salt Plains Properties in Oklahoma City. Seizing the opportunity, Cameron relocated and joined the company, where his personable nature and ability to connect with people from all walks of life made him the perfect fit.
Whether he's consulting with landowners, scouting new properties, or enjoying downtime in a hunting blind with clients, Cameron has an innate ability to put others at ease. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients' needs are met, working tirelessly to turn their dreams of land ownership into reality. Growing up as a devoted nature enthusiast and avid outdoorsman, I have passionately immersed myself in a multitude of personal, professional and academic endeavors in pursuit of building a life-long career in the outdoor industry. What began as a youthful passion to hunt, fish and be out-of-doors as much as possible, quickly flourished into an unquenchable thirst to learn, grow, preserve and work among the treasured resources that our landscape produces. In May of 2017 I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management from Kansas State University. This program strategically combines business, marketing, agriculture, natural resource management, wildlife management and a well-rounded set of academic courses that prepare students to thrive as hunting, fishing and recreational industry professionals. As a student of the outdoors, with a degree of this nature, I am constantly reminded of the immeasurable value that land itself has for wildlife, ranching, agriculture and the opportunities for landowners and future generations to leave a legacy.
Truth is, aside from Faith & Family, my life revolves around land and the critters that reside among it. From targeting mature whitetail deer and top-notch waterfowl hunting, to managing wildlife habitat and operating a British Labrador Retriever Kennel – the year-round lifestyle and passions that make me who I am would not be present in my life without land and the boundless opportunities it provides. After graduating from high school, Cole pursued a degree in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management at Kansas State University. This specialized program catered to individuals seeking careers in the outdoor industry, and it was during his time here that Cole developed a keen interest in habitat management. To further his knowledge and gain practical experience, he worked at various wildlife areas in Northeast Kansas while completing his studies. When the hunting season arrives, you can find Cole sharing his expertise by guiding enthusiasts on exhilarating waterfowl hunts at a renowned hunting lodge in the Midwest.
